Alexis discovered her love for hair at just 15 years old, starting her journey in the industry as a receptionist and shampoo assistant in her first salon job. That early experience sparked a passion that shaped her entire career.
After high school, she continued working as an assistant in multiple salons, gaining hands-on experience and refining her craft in color artistry, premium hair extensions, and dimensional techniques. Her dedication and talent ultimately led her to Paul Mitchell The School Esani, where she earned her Master Stylist license and deepened her technical expertise.
With years of training, devotion to her craft, and a genuine love for connecting with clients, Alexis turned her dream into reality by opening Alexis James Salon. Her passion isn't just about creating beautiful hair—it's about building meaningful relationships and ensuring every client feels confident, understood, and cared for.
